Hi you lovely answerbank people. I'm trying to make a mailing list for the youth project i help to run and i'm having problems with excel....
I have a mailing list already in express and i want to transfer all the email address from that mailing list onto an excel spreadsheet. However when i do a copy and paste all the contacts go into one cell and not differtn cells like i want. Can you help? thanks in advance
In OE, open Addresses.
Select the contacts list that you want to use
Click File/Export/Other Address Book
Choose Text File(Comma Separated Values)
Save it to somewhere appropriate.
Open the folder where you save the file, and double-click the file. It should automatically open in Excel.
