Speed camera

I passed my driving test about 2 weeks ago and was driving a car that wasnt mine an i wasnt insured! I was driving on a road near my house, i was going 35-40mph on a 30 zone, i was approaching traffic lights with a speed camera (on green), i slowed down to 30mph.. i looked up from checking my speed and RED light!! I was already past the line so i stayed on course and checked my speed again and i was going 35-37mph! What will happen now if ive been flashed?? how long does it take for the fine to arrive through the door??

Panic button. Saw a website where they tested anti-flash sprays and they adjusted contrast like you said and was able to see the plate.

just a little update... after 2 months of waiting, i got my fine! I was going 43mph, 3points an �60!
