McDonalds are trying to get the definition of McJob removed from the dictionary. At the moment the term means "an unstimulating low-paid job with few prospects". The company claims that times have moved on and that McDonalds' jobs no longer conform to this stereotype. Should McJob be taken out of the dictionary? Have McDonalds managed to raise the profile of the jobs they offer?
