ebay problem

I successfully bid for an item on ebay but pay pal sent me an email saying the postage costs have been refunded as the label wouldn't print but it looks as though the whole amount has been refunded. There was also an email on the same page saying that the sellers younger sister pressed send while she was away from the computer. I don't understand as this is the first time I've used ebay. Please help!

Go to the item page and click on 'E-mail the seller'. Ask what she wants you do do now. (Presumably pay with Paypal again by using Paypal's website instead of eBay's)

Or alternatively never use paypal because its a pain in the ar5e lol. I much prefer a good old fashioned cheque. Plus I have had to change the password on my ebay account 3 times in the last month because they think my account may be insecure!!

As a buyer, I hate cheques - they are a pain in the behind and it then costs me for a stamp on top of whatever I have paid - I think I will start charging them for my postage and envelope! Also, it takes forever to get anything - never had any bother with paypal.

I can't say I've ever had a problem with Paypal either. Reading the message from Reverand funk, I must say
I've had a couple of emails in the past, saying they're from ebay, and that someone might have tried to access my account, and to change my email...these emails are frauds, and must not be followed up. if the email is truly from Ebay, then the message will be in your Ebay message folder.
