If you can forget the car altogether and ride a bike to work, you'll feel much better after a week or 2 at it, might want to ease yourself into it though as you may feel very tired until you get used to it, try cycling one way, getting the bus home and leave your bike there then cycle it back the next day until you can manage both ways in the same day, might want to rest the day after though. Just take your time and go at your own speed and eat healthily.
