White tongue

I have developed a layer of white goo on my tongue and raised red bumps, does anyone know wht this is? im pregnant if that helps

doesnt look like thrush to me, i looked on net to see wht thrush looked like and nope its not like tht......ive been scrapping it off for a few days now and it seems to be going, i bought a medicated mouth wash as well
