answer notification

does anyone know what might be causing me to not receive answer notification by e mail? i do receive other e mail, just not from ab. i use outlook express.

Just some thoughts;

are you using the same e-mail address for everything or do you use a separate one for AB? If you use a separate one as it been set to receive e-mails on outlook express? On outlook you can set an e-mail account to only receive when you tell it to.

When you post a question a 'Got an Answer?' button appears to the right of it. If you've clicked on this it will stop alerts for that question.

yes i do use the same one for all email. in fact i had to sign back in to ab again a few days ago even though i never logged out, it automatically signs me in but it did not do so one day. since then i no longer get ab e mail

If you've recently cleared your cookies, you would have to log in again.

Sorry, can't think of anything else. I'm still relatively new myself.
