My partner has a final salary pension of 16 years and we were married for 12 of those years. How much (% or �)will I be entitled to? Are our two children aged 8 & 12 a factor of the pension?

You are not being clear. Do you mean as part of the divorce settlement, or if he dies while you are married to him?
