Food Bowls and Kittens

I have a 9 month old egyptian mau kitten and she seems to have started moving her food and water bowls round. It is ok when she moves her food bowls but when she moves her water bowls the water spills all over the floor. Can anyone please suggest a reason or a solution.

Move the bowls to a different place she maybe doesn't like where they are or buy 2 heavy bowls which she can't move.

get some bowls with 'suckers' on the bottom - and give her some empty bowls to 'play' with!!

Do you have a litter tray in the same room? cats in genaral, being very clean animals, do not like their food and trays near each other. K.
