Muffins

I made some muffins and the paper holders got all stuck to the muffins. I mean almost welded! The muffins were fine apart from this. How can i stop this happening?

Hi doggydays
I think you are better not using paper.holders. I would grease the tin liners with some butter or spread and make them in the tin holders themselves. I only use paper holders when I am baking cakes.

Try a silicon muffin tray as an alternative - no need for the cases then...
