it should be ok. you should apparently have 6 months left on your passport upon your Return

For the visa waiver your passport just has to be valid until your planned return date.

The 6 months is an oft-repeated myth.

But when you get back why don't you renew your passport then. You can do this up to nine months before it runs out and the remaining months will be credited to your new passport.
