How do I get a job in France?

My partner and I are moving to France soon - am very nervous! Particularly about finding work. I currently work in admin within the Legal Field, which I enjoy. Any advice would be appreciated. I am currently learning French, by the way.

If you don't speak French more or less fluently you'll find it very difficult to get any sort of job especially as unemployment is very high over there.
