Sunday here again abers , and a very rainy one here. I have nothing planned for today , what about you?

Good morning bigmamma, its not raining here (yet) probably a sandwich for lunch, as too lazy to manage anything else. Got out of bed at 10.30 . Now off grocery shopping (yuk) xxxx

Hey good morning all!! Or should i say afternoon?? I got up at 9.30. I am looking after my nanna at the moment so i got her her breakfast ready and then made myself a huge big FAT bacon butty!! Fed the dog, took my tablets, consumed a whole carton of orange juice and now on the computer!! Got no plans for today!! It is my dads birthday today and i need to get out and get him something!! He is on holiday and coming back at about 6pm!! Have a great day everyone!!

Afternoon BM

Been up since 7am, working from 8 :-(

Home now knackered, loaded the washer and wouldn't you know it? It's started raining.

Afternoon bigmamma!! Started the day really well - smallest boy slept in with me last night as a treat because Dad was away and eldest went to an air show with Nanna. I managed to persuade him to go and play on the computer for a bit, at 6.45, so that I could sleep a bit more, but then he came back up. I was just gearing myself up to shower and get dressed, then I noticed he'd gone back to sleep himself, so we BOTH laid in til 9.30. Utter bliss!!

Everyone's home again now, roast chicken nearly done, raining outside, papers bought, Playstation hooked up. We're all having a laaaaazy afternoon here!!

Got the American 'Office' DVD to watch tonight, and gin, tonic and ice all ready in the fridge. Laaaaazy evening too by the look of it - anyone want to join us?? We've perfected the art....!! xx

Hi there!
Not long been out of my pit, have to admit, but have got a load of washing going. Just said to my "back from Uni" daughter (2.1 Hons Forensic Biology! No apologies for the sin of pride) how long it used to take my poor ole Mum to wash on a Monday morning and we've just pressed a button!
She just gone to take her Nan shopping so I'm able to get on the computer for a bit. Hooray! You'll not see much of me, Bigmamma, from now on until she's found a job. She's hogging the keyboard somewhat.
I'm just going to have a really lazy day. Lunch sounds like a bacon sarnie with just the right amount of HP sauce on it. Mmmmm.

Afternoon mammar , awww how lovely to hear how proud you are of your daughter , so you can be , she has obviously worked hard for her qualifications. :-)
I know what you mean about them hogging the computer though when my son visits now I don't have that as I got him a laptop last year and I got a router this year to enable internet anywhere in the house.
A bacon sandwich seems to be a favourite , pity I don't like it . :-) xx

Afternoon all. Got up at 7 and pussyfooted around the house not doing much. Put on two loads of washing and hung them out. Had breakfast, then waited for my driving instructor to turn up at 9.30. She didn't turn up as the lesson wasn't until 10, d'oh! Managed to drive competently and do several three point turns without hitting the kerb, yeah! Got home, changed into shorts and teeshirt and sat in the garden reading the papers, sunning myself. Have just put on third load of washing as a bird was target practicing on the stuff on the line:-o( Must admit, good shot though! Sun has gone so now I am gonna surf the net and eat my way through the fridge.

Lol, I don't like to put my washing on the line for the birds to practice on too .
As for eating your way through the fridge , I did that last night so have to go stock up again today ....and it's raining .

Good afternoon bigmamma - glad you're well.

Got up at 8:30am, made a cuppa & dunked two ginger biscuits - naughty but nice! Read the Sunday paper, mag & did a crossword. Husband mowed the lawns, whilst I hoovered my car out & did a few bits & bobs!

Joint of lamb & roast spuds in oven. Veg prepared & table laid. Eldest daughter & two little grandaughters just turned up for dinner. They're all playing tennis in the garden, so I just nipped in to say hello.

morning bigmamma, I am having a (so far) lazy day off, got up about 11.30, but my youngest rolled home about 7.30am from a night out and he woke me up as he fell up the stairs, his GF was asleep in thier room and he woke her up too and they kept me awake whilst she tore a strip off him!!
I have phoned work twice to check they are ok and so now i am just waiting for my daughter to turn up and we are doing some tunes redbel sent me for the mp3 palyers for out hols.

Afternoon dot love , you just made it up before midday , that's a nice sunday lie-in when you have to get up for work in the week isn't it . I laughed at the image I have in my head of your son falling up the stairs , waking up the whole household ! :-)

Got up about 10ish and had bacon butties for breakfast. Then went to shop for papers, came back made a cup of tea and read the papers. Watched a bit of tele, fed the cats, and I'm on here trying to avoid a mountain of ironing. Me and Mrpuss were going to go out somewhere, but it is pouring down (again).I'm flitting between here and Ebay, my daughter is selling a car and it is up in a couple of hours, she has had 15 bids on it so far. Don't know what to have for tea yet, I haven't got a roast today, could be sausage and mash or spag bol. Got a bottle of wine in the fridge so thats tonight sorted.........me thinks.....must get a life. xx
