I can't sign in to my Hotmail emails. When I look at the problem it says "Default gateway" and "Your gateway appears to be offline". I have clicked "Repair" but it hasn't worked. Will someone advice me what to do. Thankyou in advance.

I did have problems with my Hotmail account
The way i sorted mine was i went to home page and signed in that way ever since its been ok..
It worked for me no harm in trying

try rebooting your router, modem.
AND your computer. thats the first thing to do before panicing...

Thanks Mr K. Bob I haven't a clue what you are talking about. I am a 60 year old novice, can you tell me in simple terms, step by step please. Sorry to be a pain.

Hi Gran. Don't worry about being 60, I'm 82 & still learning , do as Mr k says:- left click on the link (in red).Then click on Hotmail,print in your e-mail & password & sign in & you should be ok frm then.WR.
