mercedes radio code....

hey ppl!
i have a mercedes E230 and have lost the manual for the radio, and to make things worse, the cars battery drained out, so i now have to put in the code for the radio, does anybody know where to get radio codes, free if possible? pls help..

This happened to me with my Mercedes too, as I'd left the side lights on overnight & drained the battery!

I was away from home at the time, so didn't have the code with me - so once we we'd got the car up & running, I drove to the nearest Merc dealer, who in turn phoned the showroom where my car was first purchased. They found the code on the database & passed it onto me.

Brilliant service - free of charge.
