textured ceiling

my lads bedroom ceiling has textured paint on the ceiling ,to save money i have thought about papering over it in blown vinyl(well the boss has) do you think this could work

I think it would be very uneven, that's even if it stayed on the ceiling!! I would get it artexed.

if you want a flat cieling in the bedroom the cheapest way is to dot and dab it.. boards are only around �5 now. only other way is to artex it, which anyone can do and thats only �7 pound a bag..hope you get what you want..
