sounds like heaven, I'll swap with you it's 78 at my desk now and we have air con, it's just that the "Cold" people here insist on sitting in the cold places, ie near the vents and then moan, I have offrred to swap but no takers. Did you know that even in the summer knitwear is abailable?
I'm one of those cold people and I find it cold even inside the house so I always carry an extra sweater around ... but I have to say, I'd rather be freezing than sweating in humidity any day
We have had protracted arguments with our building supervisors over the air conditioning.
The problem it seems is that the large expanse of (non-opening) glass windows warm the building and the air conditioning sensors click in once the temp risies above 21 degrees.
All well and good except that this causes inescapable draughts which attack whole sections of workers. They are inescapable because the workers are on telephones and cant just move away when they want to.
And yes, coats and scarves are becoming the norm.
But unfortunately it is also clear that if the windows could be opened then there would also be vociferous moaning from those who hate fresh air.
