when your in a bad mood!!!!!

Does anyone know what i mean. When you are in a really bad mood and know you are snapping at people and although you dont like being like it you just FEEL like being grumpy and just cant put your finger on why.
Im normally like it once a month...., but lately ive been moody cow quite a bit, but quite frankly i dont care, at the moment anyway.

Any one know what im talking about, there must be other people that sometimes get like this.

Its driving me mad but at the same time i cant snap out of it, there must be some underlying reason apart from me being just a moody cow!

Maybe it's SAD, perhaps you're mood is being aggrivated by the lack of a summer thus far? Or are you stressed/unhappy at work? Restless? Just been on a holiday and go post hols blues?

I wouldn't worry about, if you'e feeling depressed you could see a doctor but if it's just moodiness just wait for it to pass, i'm sure it will and I'm sure you're not alone in having off times. I know I do!

Confused... i get like that at times. I call it "Don't talk to me. I hate everbody." This does not always coincide with "Female Problems" either.

Why don't you all stop being horrid to people then expecting them to put up with it just because you admit to it later on? I bet you don't like it when some sales girl does it to you?

I'm nearly always in a bad mood at the moment, I'm like one of those rage infected zombie guys from 28 days later, I don't know what's wrong with me!! It's like permanent PMT!! The slightest thing sets me off!

It's strange, it seems to be affecting a lot of people that I've spoken to, maybe there's something in the air this year?!

Oh I'm in a bad mood alright! I've spent thew day putting some shelves and cupboards up so that I can have my spare room as an office, and they are all too small. And I'm going to have to take them down and do them again! Doh!
