House problem.
I am thinking of divorcing my husband on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour. We have 2 teenagers who want to stay with me. If our home is sold would everything be split down the middle as my husband pays the mortgage. If I found a flat or small house who would be liable for the rent? Thank you.

If you can agree things it would be much better, however your home may not have to be sold, you may well be entitled to more than half and do not forget any pensions should be split too. I would advise you not to do anything hasty and certainly do not move out. You do not say what the unreasonable behaviour is but this will have no bearing on who gets what. All your assets and debts are one big pot and can be shared either by agreement or in the end by the courts.
My husband was put on antidepressants, diazapam and an antipyscotic in february lady-p. He had to take 2 months off work which he did not want to do but had no choice. He is under a neuro consultant as well as our doctor. The medication worked until about 5 weeks ago but he is now going back to how he used to be. He wont talk to me or the kids, shuts himself away from us yet he speaks to the neighbours normally. The only time he speaks to me is to tell me I am crazy yet Im not on any medication. If I cook him a meal he throws in away. I just cant take anymore and Im scared for myself and the kids. Thanks for your time.
