bad habit

i have a very bad habit now of listening to other peoples conversation, i know its very rude but cant help it ... is it cos my own life is very dull ?

How do you listen to these conversations though? and by what mean, phone? or glass to the wall etc....? :-]

it is only rude of they are completely not including you in the conversation but you butt in and add your two pennyworth

im bad at doing that too butting in and i really don tmean to but when i hear someone for instance bull sh1ting i have to say something haha, im terrible, but i dont earwig its normally in my office and they know i can hear them

no i mean when im out some where like was on the beach at the weekend and 2 woman near me was talking i was listening to it all ..

it's their talking too loud that's rude, not your listening. Up to them to whisper if they don't want to be heard.

oh dont worry if its that, they dont realise your doing it, i do it too, they shouldnt share it with everyone by talking loud enough.
I do it too and i try and guess what they are going on about etc etc...

Sleepy, dontcha love it when you're with a bunch of people and the phone rings {cell or land-line), you answer it and everyone shuts up so they can listen?

sleepy ,If we are all honest, most of us would listen if given the opportunity, especially if it was an interesting conversation about someones love life, i know i would.

Perhaps you should apply for a job at GCHQ in Cheltenham and get paid for it.
