Hi John,
I chnage channels when that advert comes on. Agree about her voice and if you think back, the woman who was in the advertisement before her was equally as bad. the one with the black curly hair pinned back.
Think the company need a new team to work on their advertisements.
I would run a mile if I came face to face with either of them. lol
