2 user accounts with seperate email addresses on xp. can send/receive on main one, only receive on second one any ideas?

It is the smtp settings for the second e-mail account. Usually, the smtp address is whatever the ISP is irrespective of what the POP address is. For example, I use NTLworld as my ISP and for a free serve e-mail account I have POP.freeserve.net but smtp.ntlworld.com for it to work.
