Does anyone know at what mileage you should change the cam belt for the above. Its done 48000k. TIA

I don't know much about cars but i would advise you to change the belt long before 100k. I would get it done at 60k and every 30k after that. i would not take any chances with the timing belt- serious engine damage if that goes

100,000/10 years is what ford recomends but you can change it sooner if you wish.
