And if you have the paid for version (the non-paying people can be tracked by the RIAA). And how much downloading you do. If you're going to be a complete MP3 *****, then you could get caught, but if it's light downloading then that should be cool.

Limewire is spyware central, like Kazaa, Bear Share and a few others.
I recomend eMule which you get from www.download.com or www.warez.com Both are free with no spyware
