download from limewire

down loaded a video foom limewire it openened up in winamp,watched it ,tried to delete it,sent it to recycle bin ,tried to delete it from there,it keeps coming back,also everythig freezes,have to keep shutting down,can anyone help please.

Did you scan file for viruses have you deleted file from shared folders.

dl a free anti-virus prog immediately and scan to remove it.

The worst problem I usually have when I download movies/music from the Internet is that in many cases it simply DOESNT WORK... I wait for hours till each movie/music is downloaded (I got a slow Internet connection) and when it finally do... I get an error... ERR so annoying...
