Hi, the mrs says I need to wallpaper over some mdf. Can I paper straight over it or do I need to prep it in some way first. TIA. PLEASE DON'T RUSH WITH THE ANSWERS !!!

Just prep it with a primer of diluted wallpaper paste.

the best way of prepping the MDF is to coat it in a mix of PVA and water.
About a 75 PVa to 25 water mix.
Just brush it on, worked ok for me.
