I have received a Sofa which the delivery men put together. I inspcted the Sofa to find no damage. Once they had leftI found they had scratched my new flooring (Professionally installed and inspected only a day earlier). I phoned about 5 mins after the delivery men had left and complained. I need to know what my rights are.

The company may (if you can furnish them with proof that it was inspected the day earlier) as a goodwill gesture give you some remedy.

The trouble with any claim is proving that the delivery men actually scratched the floor and that it wasn't done prior to or after they delivered.
