who played the tramp in 'Making Waves'

I have just watched the 2004 film 'Making Waves' (the one with Robert Hardy as the bishop). There is a small bit part playing a tramp who comments on actors and films. He does not appear in the credits but I am CERTAIN it is Sir Anthony Hopkins. Can anyone release me from my purgatory and either confirm or deny? PLLEEEAAASE.
