My Name Is Earl

Does no-one else watch this? It is one of the funniest and most original comedy series ever, with superb characterisation, clever plot-lines, witty one-liners and hugely funny on-going jokes. Last week's "Cops" episode was one of the most hilarious half hours I have seen for many years, and yet almost no-one I speak to has ever seen it. Any other fans out there, or am I alone on this one? (Which is OK - I was just wondering!!)

Watched the first seiries, thought it was funny and agree Joy is great. Haven't watched the current series though, the saccharine endings to every episode put me off. If someone forced me to watch them I wouldn't fight to the death trying not too though!

Yes we watch it religiously. Not only is it hilarious, but it has a 'feel good' factor to it.

Love hat show. I have season 1 on dvd. Unfortunately, channel 4 block it here in Ireland for season 2 (possibly licencing issues?)

BTW Loosehead, it is currently on at 10.35pm Friday Channel 4. It has just moved from Thursday though. Also it gets repeated on Ch4 and then I think on E4 as well. Give it a try.
PS Joy is a great character and a real babe, and so is Catalina. Not so sure about Earl's last wife though - Ralph's mom!
