I have an Epson Stylus printer.( Color 440 ) When I want to find out the amount of ink left in the cartridge I need to click on the cartridge symbol. Nothing is happening, anyone got any ideas. Thanks

Thanks for your suggestion chaps. Maybe it is the cheap cartridges I have been buying. as the saying goes (you don,t get ought for nought in this game.)
