MP3 levels

Hi all. I got a few mp3's on my pc. The trouble is, the equalizer settings are all different. One would be really bassy, and another could be really low on bass and im forever twiddling the equalizer setting. The volume level is fine, but can i permanently adjust these levels...? This is the sound that the technicians gives the bands, you could find something with AI EQ which might help to smooth them all out.
