KM Links Game - September week 4 Results

Goodness, doesn't time fly when you're having fun !!! September's competition is almost over inspite of there being five weekends.

This is, as ever, a safe repository for the pearls of wisdom that occasionally waft through - a lot of the time it's a lot of hot air and who knows what !!! As yet, the pearls have still to appear, but we're ready, nontheless.

Before going any further though, I figured I'd better give you all an up date on the leader board as I seem to have been somewhat lax in that department - no idea how !!
At present we have a tie for the lead -

DizzyLizzie & lysander on 8 points
then slaney with 7 points.
bridgenut has 5 points, then there is a cluster each with 4 points waiting to make a last minute assault, including ulysses100, cliffyg, freebi2, rogerr, MeadowLane & eccles

Needless to say, I'm battening down the hatches for some fast and furious scoring shortly, so for now, I'll wish you all Good Morning and retire to the sidelines S

In spite of being upstaged by Aquagility in more ways than one, I've returned here with the results, so on with the first analysis

Right back on top form after terrorizing Turkey is the aforesaid Aquagility with 3 out of a possible 4, and a score of 6 points!!!

DizzyLizzie was right behind him though, nabbing 4 points with 2 correct hits, likewiseslaney with the same two, followed by lysander who grabbed 2 points in the initial 'feeding frenzy'

Quite some little while later, the last match fell to cpfcrosiel who picked up the last bonus points with Roman Empire.

Almost all entries scored either one or two points, so I'll head off with my worry beads and see how thw leader board stands now.........back some time in the future S

Now for an update on the all important leader board !! Some dramatic moves have been made after this weekend and it looks like being an all out tussle to the end.

DizzyLizzie has taken the lead with 12 points
slaney in second spot with 11 points
lysander close behind with 10 points.

Then a small gap to bridgenut, eccles & Aquagility
[ the old war horse, himself ] all with 6 points

Collectively on 5 points are ulysses100, cliffyg, freebi2, Magyar, paulineward, chiefpanda, rogerr, Elspeth & cpfcrosiel

And on 4 points are brizzer, Jools, wickedtongue, twosearch, gen2, ShazzaHewit, MeadowLane & seekeerz

So with one more week to go, get those grey cells in action or thinking caps on, or whatever it takes to do it all again next weekend.............................till then, stay out of trouble S
