Hi all, I've accepted a great sounding job and start next Monday. I got the job through an agency. Should I expect a contract through the post or will it be when I start? If it comes down to actually phoning up, should I call the agency or the actual company?

You will probably get it through the post and it should come from the actual company, not the agency (assuming it is a permanent job with the company).
