Posting entries

When posting in prize crosswords that (annoyingly) don't have a coupon to write your name/address details - where do other ABers complete this information? Somewhere on the same page as the xword? On a post-it note attached to the xword? Does it matter?
I'm thinking particulalrly of the private Eye xword!!!

I don't do the Private Eye, but when sending in Herculis, I cut out the puzzle and attach it to a sheet of A4 paper, with preprinted name address etc .. held on computer to accommodate weekly use.
With the Prospect Magazine Generalist, I simply write the relevant details at head of crossword page.
Presumably, any form is acceptable as long as it's legible, if a specific method was required, I imagine it would be detailed?

I usually write it on a sticky lable and stick it on.

thank you all - it's interesting to hear other peoples methods - I, rather anally, use a stapled post-it note as i worry it may get detached and lost from my entry!!!

Funny you should post this now, as I have just written my name and address across the margin at the bottom of the page, under the Daily Mail crossword. (completed thanks to a couple of Answerbank answers).....

I seem to recall that Private Eye accepts entries via e-mail.

I use an Abel-Label with my name and address.
