kinks in hair
6 Answers
recently i had my hair cut - was very long, now just past my shoulders - and now have slight layering round my face. i like the cut, but i'm confused as to why strands of my shorter hair are now very curly - it looks etremely odd as my hair is naturaly dead straight! i've tried various products including Sunsilk smoothing cream which just increased the amount of frizz! can anyone recommend some reasonably priced de-frizzing products, or even just techniques to prevent kinks? i am unwilling to invest in straightening irons as my hair is in good condition, and i have seen what happens to regularly straightened hair. it is very odd as i have just a small amount of frizzy/curly hair (near the front of my head) but is annoying as it sticks out. any suggestions/solutions? thanks!

You wouldnt need expensive ones, just make sure they have ceramic plates. If you are worried about the condition of your hair, don't be, I've used my straighteners at least once every day and my hair is still in really good condition (and hairdressers have said that too). If not try using john freda firzz-ease products. Hope this helps!
