cant load my disk on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i loaded the disk on that came with my phone so i can swap files etc and it was deleted from my desktop and i cant use it but the file of it is still on the computer. if i go to add/remove programs its there and i try removing but it just wont go. when i put the disk in again to load it on again it just says "do you want to delete all files" so i cant put it on again. if i press yes it dousnt delete the program anyway.

i nees to completely delete the program off the comp and then i can easily just put the disk in again but i cant get rid of it !!!!! HELP ME !!!!!!!!

do you have windows XP ? if so try doing a system restore .
if so click on start all programes accessories system tools system restore and then select restore my pc to an earlier time .pick a time before you installed the software and follow the instructions.
other wise try looking in your recycle bin on the desktop for the deleted files if they are in there click on restore.
