Flight Delay Compensation
Am I entiteld to compensation/reimbursement from the airline if my flight is delayed? I was delayed for just under 12 hours. They have offered me a 'free' round-trip ticket. (I have to pay taxes, etc and can only take the ticket on certain dates!) Is this all I'm entitled to? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Ever wondered about that forest of small print on the booking form? It'll be in there - if you can be bothered! Personally I'd take my trip and smile, but have a word with your insurance, but be prepared to be stymied again - more small print!
You weren't holidaying in Zante were you? The same thing happened to me in September, and since then I have been sent a letter of apology from the airline and says I can claim some money back through the insurance. I really wasn't expecting anything at all, not too sure how much it's going to be. Try giving your insurance company a ring
