I need to find out what organisation or bank the sort code 60 94 64 refers to?

It refers to the Post Office Card Account - the thing pensioners were fobbed off with when they did away with pension books.

Unless you are a government benefit agency you cannot pay money into it and unless you have one you can't take money out.

So that knowledge is pretty useless really.
