Aguila Van
Hallo folks, My Opel Corsa is now 10 years old and time for a change. My garage is small and the new Corsa is just that much wider and longer so I am thinking of the Opel Aguila van. Any bad news on this one ? Thanks for any help

I have had 6 diesel engined Vauxhalls over the years ( I was a diesel mechanic ) and never had a prob. with any of them. If you are going for new I cannot see a problem, their warranty procedures are usually excellent, but a quick insight as to wether a particular model has a reoccuring problem ring your local parts department tell them you are doing a thesis on the Aguila model and is there any particular part they sell a lot of for that vehicle, e.g. gearboxes ,engine parts, brakes etc. They are usually a honest bunch and would not mind giving you a honest answer which would indicate wether the Aguila has a design problem but I would not think so. Good Luck FT
