dust horrible dust!!!

i have about the dustiest flat on the planet. it is driving me nuts. does anyone know of a domestic dust extractor device that might do something about this?

well i dont know about a dust extractor as such.
However if the dust is from the outside of your home the the best way is to stop it entering your home in the first place.

It sounds difficult but in reality its quite simple.

All you need to do is fit a fan to the outside wall that pulls air in (it must use an air filter to stop it bringing more dust in) the air being pulled in will cause the air pressure within your house to be greater the the outside air thus stopping dust from entering in the first place.

This way of keeping rooms or even whole building is quite often used to keep places dust free as computers and such hate dust.

Some normal air extraction fans can be set to both suck and blow and would do the trick quite well.
