Hi,

I'm getting a new laptop so I want to sell my current one on eBay. It's a HP ze5600: 192 MB RAM, 40 GB Hard Drive, 2.6 GHz Intel Celeron Processor, 15" TFT Screen, so-so battery life, reasonably good nick.

Have no idea about this, so does anybody know a reasonable starting price on eBay and what it can realistically be expected to sell for, if at all?

All comments appreciated! Thank you!

The only way to get a real idea is to wade through these completed listings (there are 10) to find those that match your spec. You'll see how many bids and the final price:

Without seeing it ..... it's difficult
on e-b there are a couple up for 30-50.
which seems reasonable ish

but then 20 postage???? +all the potential grief .....

this is an alternative

whatever you decide .... use http://www.heidi.ie/eraser/faq.php#erase hd

before you let it go
Instead of selling it on Ebay why not try ebid? http://www.ebid.com You'll get a better deal, as this site is not subject to the rip-off merchants and con artists that seem to plague the ebay site.
