Take a roast duck and smother it in teryaki sauce. mmm

I was just reading a magazine with a recipe for teriyaki chicken. I guess you can subtitute duck for chicken.

2 chicken thighs (boneless cut)

4 tbsp sake

4 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp salad oil for frying

2 eggs

1 tsp black sesame seed

komatsuna -(a bunch of japanese mustard greens)

spinach, brocolli or spring beans are OK if you dont have komatsuna

Put chicken in deep container with sake and soy sauce. let marinate 30 minutes. In hot weather do this in the refrigerator.

Fry the chicken. after sauteing cover and let steam cook for about 5 minutes. Flip and cook the other side as well.

pour the remaining marinate over the chicken continuing to cook until it has a glaze. Boil water in a pot and boil egg for about 8 minutes. Peel egg, cut in half and sprinkle black sesame inside. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Boil vegetables and garnish plate with it.
