tooth ache
3 Answers
I have had it for a couple of days only when I chew with that side of my mouth. I never get tooth ache, I don't have a dentist, and don't plan on getting one, usually when I am ill or something hurts I just wait it out and it heals on it's own.
So my question is can a tooth re-set itself if I avoid hot cold food, and chewing????

If you have a small hole in the tooth, then it won't get better by just leaving it, and could actually result in you getting an a gum infection or an abscess. You can buy temporary "fillings kits" from a dentist, and I believe Boots sell them, but they're really only for emergencies, and only a dentist can examine you properly and tell you what's causing the problem.
