leverkusen have appeared in the final , losing to real madrid 2-1 in 2002. the smallest town to produce a winner is probably eindhoven. psv beat benfica on penalties in 1988

I think it may actually be Nottingham as Forest won it in 1979 and 1980 and i am pretty sure it is smaller than Eindhoven.
