Once you are fed up with cold turkey, turkey sandwiches etc. you can do lots with it. I make curries or my favourite is with leeks in a white sauce. You can frreze cooked meat for use later too. Once the meat is finished I boil the bones and skin to get a nice broth then strain that off and add some lentils and mixed vegetables to make a nice thick stew.
