When I send emails to my home PC from works PC I sometimes get bounce backs with the message
The user(s) account is temporarily over quota
Does anyone else get this? can I change some settings to increase my quota

What you need to remember is that is 10mb for all of the folders so if you use the webmail access and delete items from the inbox they go into your trash folder, the same goes for the sent items folder. Try checking and clearing these and see if that makes any difference.
