IE keeps opening up .

I've never used IE, but now I'm getting ads pop up, & various windows. Why is this, and can I get rid of them?

my pc won`t shut down

Can't view MP3 on IE7

with internet explorer running,click on tools at the top and make sure the pop up blocker is on.

hi, i had the same problem when i started using IE. Type (www.google.co.uk) then in the search box type in Google toolbar. this clever program eliminates pop ups. its a simple download and quick install. as well as blocking unwanted pop ups its a handy search engine.
