Will this also include Drug addicts, Alcoholics, Aids sufferers, Teenage maternity cases etc. (all also deemed self inflicted).

Leaving the NHS free to treat only the very "FIT"?????

so the governement have figured out how to save money on the NHS, don't treat anyone who's unwell, genius! So people, work hard, turn yourself into a superfit lean mean machine and you can get your in grown toe nails done on the NHS. You can't deny the ruthless simplicity of it!
