I'm not a darts fan but I do like watching Andy Fordham and have been looking forward to seeing the sadly slimline version on BBC2, but I havn't managed to see him yet.
Anybody know why we don't see so much of him a "round" this year?

ive seen him twice in last year .
last time was 6 months ago or maybe bit longer.he was here in los cris at ajs bar downing 35 bottles of dorada. a short time after he had a stroke.no surprises really eh ?

Hi sg....I think he's in poor health and is hoping to be back next year. A while back I saw him in an interview and his voice sounded really weak and he said he'd given up the booze. I didn't actually recognise him. If it wasn't for that dodgy mullet I wouldn't have believed it to be him.

I knew he was ill and lost 100 stone but I thought he would be better by now.

What are you thinking of the BDO Darts sg? I don't enjoy as much as the PDC.

There was an article in the paper about him , he has lost loads of weight , has stopped drinking and needs a liver transplant , as 70%of his liver function has gone , he used to drink 25 bottles of beer +1/2 bottle of spirit a day !!!!! He is a shadow of his former self , so hopefully he will make a recovery .

I didn't know about the liver transplant theonlyone...no wonder he sounded weak.
