My fiance wants to change his career as what he does now requires really long hours of work & we have a baby on the way so he wants to have more time to focus on family life. We really don't know what he could do though.

He's almost 33, a trained and very experienced Head Chef who is fluent in English and French & well travelled. He's used to earning anything between 25,000 and 35,000 per year depending on where he's working. I doubt that in any new career he'd be happy to settle for much under 22,000.

Has anyone got any suggestions?
